Thank you for purchasing with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All Returns must be postmarked within ten days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached,
- Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RAM (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number to return an item. After receiving the email, you will have to return the package to our delivery person.
- We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
- Once the return request is accepted, we will pick up the products within 4 – 7 days of receiving your request.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
- In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 days, and you will be sent an email confirming the same.
- Please do note that if it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, and customer has already paid we will refund you the full amount.
- Products damaged during shipment or improper packaging do not qualify for refund or return.
- Important Note: Images are for reference purposes only. The actual product may vary in shape or appearance based on climate, age, height, etc. Despite our best efforts, there might be changes in the actual product. Also, note that some of the plants are delicate and few leaves are broken in transit. We do not consider these as damages.
- A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided.
- In case you buy our product with any discount/Offer/Coupon, our Refund & Return policy will not be applicable for that particular product.
How will I get the refund?
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 days from when the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Changes in the Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy
We keep our Returns and Refund Policy under review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
